CHELSEA NEWS - JAMIE CARRAGHER'S 20-YEAR CLAIM. A LOOK AT BOTH LIVERPOOL & MAN UTD IN THE SAME ERA.

Jamie Carragher speaking on Sky Sports Monday Night Football made some claims regarding Chelsea under Roman Abramovich over the last 20-years that he has been the owner. He indicated with his comments that Chelsea has thrown money about to get what they want, and in the process have de-stabilized other football clubs in the league.

 
In light of his claims - which are detailed in full in the video, I have put this video response together to look at the transfer policy of both Liverpool and Manchester United during the same 20-year period to confirm if there is evidence that they have been doing exactly the same thing.
