Chelsea fans, some perspective please - having read some reactions on social media since we lost 0-1 to Arsenal last night.

Those that are quick to celebrate a good performance, which there have been plenty of late, are quick to flick the switch and jump on a bad performance by calling out individual players for immense criticism.

In this video I am appealing for calm as everything is in our own hands for a top-four finish, to win the FA Cup and the Champions League.
