Are Chelsea really back in the title race?.

It's very easy to get carried away with our performance last night and against Blackburn. Carlo has spoken and so has JT about the title race but I am wondering if we are really?.

There are certain aspects of these two games that have encouraged me. They are as follows:

• Scoring Goals
• Pressing higher up the pitch
• Faster Tempo
• Passing is better and sharper
• Anelka & Malouda are playing higher up the pitch to support Drogba
• Midfield is getting forward to support the front men. 
• Players look like they have sorted our their shape in defensive area's
• Working harder for each other.

Of course there is plenty of work still to do but I really do believe that if the players continue to work hard then anything is possible.

Just remember, last night Chelsea were without Alex and Frank Lampard who would both walk straight back into the side in my opinion with Ivanovic switching to right back and Ramires possibly making way for Lampard. So the signs are beginning to look a whole lot better.

However, we do sit seven points behind United and they are playing their game in hand tonight against Blackpool (Come on you Tangerines! Do us a favour!) but you never know what can happen in football.

Chelsea just need to keep winning games, and take each game as it comes and not to look too far ahead. There is a saying in life that you should keep your own house in order before you look at anyone else's and it rings true for Chelsea right now.

The thing is, we all know we are more than capable to beat anyone we play and go on an unbeaten run from now until the end of the season but it is a big ask. With having to play United twice and City at home I just wonder what the rest of you think?:
