Frank Lampard has spoken of the hope to be back fit after the International Break. He told LBC Radio:
"I don't really want to set dates on it, but I'm hoping after the international break. I've got a good couple of weeks to work with the physios and get fit. Hopefully I won't be too far away.
It wasn't a simple hernia. I've had a bit of an alterior injury to that as it has gone on, so it's a bit of an awkward one. I'm the most keen person to get back on the football pitch. I'm a horrible person to be around with frustration when I'm not playing, so it's been frustrating for me."
Great news for Chelsea if he can make it back for the Villa game. I have to say in my opinion it has been in the games against City, Marseille and Arsenal where you have really noticed how we miss him when he isn't playing.
Let's hope Lamps can continue to recover and will be able to start against Villa!.
KTBFFH!.
Just pray that we get him back playing. There is many important games to come. I think that when he is back to full fitness he can score(again) 20 goals in this season. C MON LAMPS!!

ReplyDeletethe problem is not with our midfield now but with our defense. Alex is out for 3 weeks, and Terry is complaining a rib injury - pray that terry doesn't get injured in the internationals.
Just dont think that chelsea is so stubid that let him play with injury. Ok Ramirez played well against Arsenal but it was something else against city. Lampard is better...he can play bad game and still dont make any mistakes like Ramirez...i still think we have a problem without Frank.
