Jose Mourinho revealed his admiration and respect for the FA Cup and the prestige it has outside of our country. As a result, he stated that his match day squad will not change for the trip to Derby County tomorrow.
The only change to the squad from the victory away at Southampton is the return of David Luiz after he served his one match suspension for collecting five yellow cards. Branislav Ivanovic, Frank Lampard and Marko Van Ginkel remain injured and unavailable.
So Chelsea fans I am asking you today on who YOU believe should be starting the game?
We have come through the busy festive period well and have a period now that gives the players time to recover, more than we have had in recent weeks. We play tomorrow and our next game is Saturday lunchtime against Hull so I personally believe that Jose will play a really strong eleven.
The obvious changes to the side that started against Southampton would be Oscar in for Mata, Willian to start ahead of Schurrle, possibly David Luiz in for the fantastic Cahill and Demba Ba in for Torres.
You have to imagine that Juan Mata will not get away with his reaction to being withdrawn for Oscar against Southampton and I wouldn't be surprised if Luiz starts on the bench as Gary Cahill has been immense for Chelsea in recent weeks.
So my starting eleven to take on Derby would be:
Cech, Azpilicueta, Cahill, Terry(c), Cole, Mikel, Ramires, Willian, Oscar, Hazard and Ba
What do you people think? Do you agree with me or would you have a different eleven starting tomorrow?
