Another story that has caught my wandering eye this morning is that of the "reported" interest from Chelsea in the services of Malaga coach Manuel Pellegrini and Juventus' Antonio Conte.
Of course we have to remember that until the summer, there will be a whole host of names being linked with the Manager's position at Chelsea. We have recently seen David Moyes being heavily linked with Chelsea but these two are a surprise to me and there is more to be said of those two at a later stage but, I want to focus on the main man.
According to THIS report in The Mirror, Chelsea are prepared to "ignore" the potential availability of Jose Mourinho in their pursuit of a permanent replacement this summer and I wondered how you feel about that??
How on earth could anyone ignore "The Special One" if he was to become (as believed he will be) available and looking to come back to England?
With a proven track record in FOUR European countries and leagues, with TWO Champions League titles to his name and numerous league titles, surely if he got in touch with Roman, it would be impossible to ignore?
People have been talking about the payout Jose and his back room staff received after he left the club as being stumbling block but surely after seeing what has happened at the club, with the succession of managers and the millions spent, it's time to admit you were wrong and get Jose back here on a long term contract with a vision to reinvent our football team??!
What do you think. If Jose Mourinho IS available in the summer and WANTS to come back to Chelsea, Is it possible that Chelsea could ignore him and look for someone else?
