Tomorrow night, Chelsea travel to Wales to take on Swansea in the Capital One Cup Semi-Final second leg and as you all know we are 2-0 down. Who do you think should start this one for the blues as we look to get to Wembley and put right the wrongs of Stamford Bridge two weeks ago?
Chelsea off the back of our 2-1 win over the Arsenal, travel away from the Bridge and you have to expect a better performance for 90 minutes in this one to that of the game against Arsenal, Southampton AND Swansea at home.
Chelsea away have been on fire lately and have been scoring goals for fun. We really need the same again tomorrow night or we are out and it's as simple as that. We have the players, we have the talent, the attacking flair and ability. We just need to put in the right performance on the night.
Swansea is by no means an easy game as we have seen over the past couple of seasons. Chelsea haven't beaten Swansea away since their return to the Premier League and Swansea holding the 2-0 lead over us, will make life extremely difficult.
As we have seen first hand, Swansea are a talented, hard working and gifted side who pose a threat of their own in Michu and De Guzman and Chelsea have to make sure we remain as compact as possible to stop them creating chances.
How do you think we should approach the game? All out attack or hold firm and look to hit them on the counter?
For me, this is the starting eleven I would like Rafa to select to give us the best chance of beating Swansea and making it to Wembley:
Cech, Ivanovic, Cahill, Terry (c), Cole, Ramires, Luiz, Hazard, Mata, Marin and Demba Ba.
What do you people think?
