The Best Chelsea Chip Of All Time

Let’s face it, football has been man’s biggest love in this country for well over a hundred years, apart from his beloved wife of course! However, over the past 15 years there has been an emergence of another game that found its way in to the hearts of many men across the country, poker!

In fact you will find that many are now combining the two (no, not playing header or volley whilst contemplating an all out bluff on their hand), by having football nights and poker nights simultaneously. It usually works when a group of lads are unable to get to the Chelsea game and have decided to stay in and watch it on the box; of course football falls on a weekend in most cases so it is well worth making a night of it.

With the help of a few beers, they will all either watch the game first and play some poker after, or in some cases do both at the same time. Though, this is sometimes not advisable as the chips and cards are likely to go flying in all directions once Torres puts us up one-nil. There is one problem though, the colours of the chips. Us blues really do not want to be playing using RED, WHITE, or even multi coloured poker chips…we want blue chips right? Or even better, blue chips with the Chelsea emblem on them.

I don’t know about you, but I would be more inclined to give my red chips away than gamble to win more, yet if we were using Chelsea poker chips, id mortgage my house if I had to make sure I had them all. Well, ok maybe I wouldn’t go that far, but you get the jist.

If you are going to go for some though, don’t go for some cheap replicas that haven’t even got the emblem right, you want something that has been made at a high quality, chips that you can hold onto for the rest of your life and be proud of.

All in all, if we are going to be playing poker after a Chelsea game, having some Chelsea styled poker chips is bound to make the whole experience that far more enjoyable for all involved. Additionally, if you have any friends that for some daft reason do not support the Chelsea, having them play with these chips could be what makes them tilt and give you all of their money…it a win-win situation…surely?
