Making history! The Chelsea Football Fancast #205

A very happy but hung-over Chelsea FanCast crew convene the day after the FA Cup final to relive the best moments from a historic day, most definitely fuelled by Guinness and powered by Celery!!

Chelsea wins 4 FA Cups in 6 years; John Terry 4 FA Cup wins as Captain; Petr Cech 4 FA Cup wins as a Goalkeeper; Didier Drogba 4 goals in 4 FA Cup finals; Ashley Cole 7 FA Cup winners’ medals. That’s Chelsea making history!!

What a great day it was on Saturday as Chelsea lifted the FA Cup for the 7th time in our history – that puts us 4th in the list of all time FA cup winners. If you were following Chelsea over land and sea between 1973 and 1993 you would never have believed we’d see the day!!!

We discuss yet another great day out which started in the Victoria Pub, then Wembley and finished in the Blackbird pub, and award some well-deserved ‘Fannies’ - for Man of the Match, Chant of the match, Guinness and Celery moments, as we always do!

We’ve got a proper old Chelsea FA Cup winning terrace classic in “Shall We Sing a Song for You!” and we’ll be looking back fondly on a player from the past in “DLBIA” – a man who played in another great FA Cup victory over the Scousers; and we read out the best posts from the week in “You’re on CFFC”.

We also vote for our second striker in the Chelsea FanCast All Time Best XI, and announce who won last week’s vote for our first striker.
