THE LEAGUE ... OUR BREAD AND BUTTER

Well that wasn't in the script now was it? Few would have predicted Chelsea's spectacularly shocking defeat at home to Manchester City. Perhaps the 4-2 loss and ill-discipline that accompanied it will serve to galvanise team morale as we head into the final quarter of the season ... with Arsenal coming up hard on the rails with a comparatively easy set of fixtures, it needs to. The Blues next league game on March 13th sees Chelsea legend Franco Zola bring West Ham to Stamford Bridge, the Hammers are enjoying a mini-revival ... let's hope Super Frank and the boys put an end to it.

CHAMPIONS LEAGUE we're having a laugh.

Internationale at the San Siro was a great experience. Chelsea were hard done by, losing 2-1 and missing out on what was a blatant penalty. Jose will bring his side to the Bridge for the Second Leg on March 16th with his tail up, it's going to be an interesting night in SW6

FA Cup Round 5

Having beaten Cardiff City 4-1, The Blues will now play Stoke City in the quarterfinals at Stamford Bridge this coming Sunday. Chelsea should be able to match Stoke in their physical approach to the game and the Potters will be missing arguably their star player, Ryan Shawcross, who was sent off for that dreadful tackle on Gooner Aaron Ramsay last weekend. Wembley beckons for the Blues ... come on let's have it.

CHELSEA FOOTBALL FANZINE book

The best of cfcuk, featuring extracts from the first 100 issues of Chelsea's most popular fanzine which has been on the streets since 1999 will be published by Gate 17 in August.

Check out the cover in the photo section, it features legendary fanzine seller Harry Moss. Harry, aged 95, was a regular fixture on the Fulham Road up until the end of last season and is threatening to make a comeback in the Spring ...
